Wow, so glad we have Ashley Walker to qualify what a "real" mom is. Every mom is a SUPER MOM, and every super mom is a REAL MOM.
What a silly, silly article.

I completely agree with Melissa and Peggy Torrens.
It is sad that Rep.Mast, finds gangsta music an important issue. If only Rep. Mast would use her power for good and address real issues facing the everyday Kansas citizen. Then she would actually represent her constituents.
This topic is reminiscent, of the 1980's, when hard rock was the cause of all social ills.

While the Somalis are afforded the same rights as all Emporia residents, city and county leaders have deemed them a "special interest group". Holding a meeting on a Sunday, without the public does not "build harmony".
And as for the white robe, comment you a silly young man, for you do not know my race.Shame on you!

Hey Chris - How about pats on the back for all the 4-H moms and dads, many of whom spent their vacation time at the Fair. As well as, the fairboard members who work countless hours to make the Fair great fun!
Big thanks to all those who came and made a purchase at the Fair Sale. What did the Gazette buy at the sale?

First question what happened to prompt a Sunday meeting?
Why would community leaders set up special meetings with only the Somalians, why create a "special interest group".
What happened to the Tyson liaison, whose job it was to help acclimate these workers ?

Oh, Create that's what makes reading the posts so fun. Posters that are completely off story, but so strongly stand behind what they write.
