We also stopped shopping at Price Chopper. The quality has went downhill, along with their customer service. We shop at Dillons now for everything we need. They are very friendly there and have great sales.

This is another example of no matter what the outcome someone is always griping about it.
If they would of handled it on their own someone would be griping about that they did not call in back up. Instead of griping about everything you think is wrong, try to find the good and I promise you will have a better day.

batbatly I agree completely with what you said! I also am in the 30 yr old range, and plan on living in Emporia for a very long long time. I am happy to see new business coming into town! It is about time!

No ksfarmer I am not sleeping in your hotel room but I may after you leave and that smell is in the carpets, on the wall, in the beds. And it stinks....it chokes up my child, and makes her sick. Why should I have to suffer cause you smoked in a public place?
Right on Joan! I hope this passes! I dont care what they all do in their homes, cars, or yards. But keep it away from places I would like to enjoy!

caring4u...sorry I have only been in Emporia for less than 5 years. Did not know anything was wrong with the land where the swimming pool sets....as I am sure others did not also. But I dont see many kids eating the dirt at the swimming pool. All I am saying is if you dumped harmful things in your yard and it is obvious, lets just get it cleaned up and move on. I love Emporia...I love my neighbors and it is really to bad that people have to act they way they do sometimes. We should all work together to make Emporia clean and healthy for us and our children, and be proud of the town we call home!
