FYI, most of the people cutting threw the parking lots are high school students trying to get to school, which is their job. Most of the time, if the students didn't cut threw the parking lots they would be late to class. I once sat at the same stop light, on Industrial, for three signal changes to wait and be able to turn. It is stupid to wait that long to be able to turn. Maybe if the city could make it so more cars could turn at one signal we wouldn't all have to make little short cuts.
