On Friday 12/19/2008 they also honored Fred Kurzen for 40 years of service. He started at Road and Bridge in 1969 and has been there faithly every since. They presented him a wonderful plaque and several Gift Certificates from his fellow employees. Just though you should know! He's got your last mention bunch beat by 20 more years! Thanks Fred!

Thank God this happened inside the Emporia city limits where the Lyon County Deputies presence is strongest! If it happened in county, no one probally would have saw the car to apprend them!

I imagine there's alot of manue to shovel down there. Sounds like a good plan to teach a lesson. Sometimes it take more than a pay out to teach a kid a lesson. Blisters tend to stick with ya more than a cancelled check.

I think you could solve this problem for 5 cents. One match should do the trick! Diesel burns, dosen't explode, burns even if under ground. Contamination gone. Problem solved, yard is dead like the land owner wanted, mess cleaned up. Simple

Take the "bail out " money amount and divide it by that number of american tax payers. The dollar amount to each taxpayer will amaze you!!!
