eatheapple25, Like you said, we are all to blame for this which is going on here. I have quite a few friends that are her not leagally, and I have lots of friends otherwise too, but when I had my last 3 or 4 surgeries and needed and still do need help and can't afford to pay people, these illeagles steped in and did for me what I couldn't do for myself. Grateful? Yes, very much. I am eventually looking at being on dialisys and again, they will be there for me no matter what. I very much apprecieate all these people and other friends do for me. I just wish I could pay for the help. But if I try to pay what little I may be able to pay if and when I do, they will not accept. And like open-eyes, he is so cool, and I can tell you have a kind heart too. We will all get what we want in the end and faith and Love will get us all through these times and feelings which we all have a right to. We all need to take one day at a time. That is how I have to do. and eattheapple25, is that the red delicious, or other brand? (:-) LOL I like your name too. Please don't be angry at me for that little comment. I am only trying to lighten up the day through all the grimness we have been hearing.

open-eyes, I read your comments. I am not making fun of you, but I feel like telling you the sky is blue, but actually, today is is a bit gloomy out today. And the sigh at the end of your comment. I Loved it. You sound pretty cool. Really, there is enough blame to go around to all congress, government and other such persons. I know this all is not a laughig matter, but don't get your blood pressure up over what I or anyone else says on this page. We are only stating our own oppinions and we all have our own feelings about different subjects. Thanks for your coolness too. I really did Love it.

Yes, Gas prices and food are getting outragous too. All those people in congress could care less because they have money to play with. Some of them even feel it is OK to use the government money to pay for their prostutes and such and other doings they choose to do that taxpayers are paying for. And people wonder why our country is losing so much The money that should be getting used to take care of certain programs is being flaundered on their own personal use. I don't think the Mexicans or even illeagles have anything to do with that. Look at what Spitzer has done, and just recently another government official has admitted to this, and what about some of the others that we know nothing about? And they or we all wonder why our country is losing so much money which is not getting to the programs they belong to. That sort of stuff is just as bad or maybe even worse then what the Mexicans are doing.

Well I know that some of these jobs don't pay well and raising a family is rough. But you can go out and take one of these jobs and if you need to take on another part time job, so be it. I know from experience that I worked in a nursing home and couldn't afford insurance for my children. Not to mention my own medical. But somehow, I made it work. I only had two adopted children. I know that not all Mexicans have a big family. There are some of them that have enough brains to take birthcontrol as they do realize they can't afford so many babies. Now about the Mexicans all being Happy in Mexico because the Twin Towers were blown up, were you in Mexico watching them praise that job being done? The ones I know from there and here were shocked and very angry that this happened. It shows them that the other countries like Iran, Iraq and other countries who have things against different places and people can cause so much destruction in our world. Don't blame the Mexicans for all the bad stuff that happens. What next? Will it be their fault that our gas prices and food prices have gone up too? The countries that want to fight our country is to blame. I am not crazy about Bush sending our guys out to fight the war, but he is trying to keep those people from coming here and causing more destruction. I do believe that there is good and bad in evey country. It is ashamed that the inocent get blamed because of some of the guilty. I do agree that the border needs to be more secure. And I also know that some of them who do make trouble here in our country do get sent back to their own country. But when they are not using or harming and have no record, why give them flack? You all have good and bad points and as for calling them rude names, that is not right either. As far as them carrying the flag of their country in a march, I have also seen them carrying a USA flag too in those Marches. Letting people know that they are proud of their country and that they also are proud to be in the USA. Once they do become legal, in time, they really do want to get their citizenship. But they should also be able to go back to Mexico and visit their families on vacations and be safe too.

You know, I really do understand where you all are coming from on these issues. I also do want to read all your oppinions on this subject, and to a certain extent, we are all right in our feelings to a point. We wouldn't be the country that we are if we all thought alike. And too again, I do love reading all the different web sights on this matter too. I have a question for those of you that like taking trips. Do or have any of you went to Mexico for a trip? They have some beautiful places for vacations. We at some time or another have taken a trip to Mexico for vacation or other reasons. Some people just go across the border just to buy things as they can get stuff cheaper there when they see what they like. I have been there but not for vacation, but to meet my inlaws and such. Though I am not married to the guy now, those are wonderful memories I will never forget. I never spoke Spanish and they never spoke english, but somehow, we all got along so well. I Loved it and they Loved me. If I didn't have the health problems I have, I would have loved to live there. But I need to much medically. I have adopted 2 children from South Korea, and they are adults now and have Beautiful children of their own. I do Love different nationalities. It is interesting to see and learn the different ways people have to live. Here in our own USA, we also have people that have problems too and use the system so bad. And they are here because it is their country too. How sad is our world? Thanks to all of you for your input. I put a lot of faith is us as people that things will eventually turn out as they should.

For the man who put the different web sights up here, this is all very interesting I think. I have a very kind and soft heart. I do not want problems, but you see the article that has given visas to people coming here to suppossedly go to school. These are just ways for some of the other countries to get into our country to harm us. I read somewhere that some of these arabs and other people from other countries like Iraq and other places go into Mexico and learn their language then they find their their way into Canada and come across from there as it is easier to get across from there then it is from Mexico.

As for the immigrants doing their taxes, yes they do. Again, they can get a ITIN # and it will be OK. But as for the earned income credit, if he people who know how to do their taxes for them must know that the tax form has to be on a 1040NR which is a non resident form. They are not allowed to get the earned income credit. Of course, if their is a baby born to them here in the states, and the baby is legale, I don't really know about that if they get earned income credit or not. But I don't think so. Not sure. For those of you out there, don't be afraid to do your taxes, but get your ITIN # and if and when you ever get leagle, that number will follow you and when you get your legal SSN, the ITIN# will be taken taken from your record on taxes as you will then use your leagle SSN. You may have to pay in, but it is a mor of a good faith thing then anything. I have been checking this stuff out on the immigration sights on this matter. Forgive some of my spelling.

Well, sure these people are here illeaglly, and I also know that they are paying taxes out of their paychecks too. They can file taxes each year if they get a ITIN #. When they do it, it is done in good faith. When they do their tax returns, 9 times out of 10, they pay in, and that is OK. You all think they send all their money to Mexico, but it is only a small portion and the biggest share is spent here in our country. Paying rent, food, gas for cars, they pay their own medical insurance and their own medical bills too. I really do think some of you are putting your noses in where they don't belong. Like some of these people said in some comments, we all came over to this country illeagally at some time or another. Maybe it was some of our ancestors. As a matter of fact, the Indians and Mexicans were here in Kansas, Texas, Mexico and other surrounding areas before we were. We littrally ran them out of this country and took it over. Do you even know who works the ranches and farms to pick all the vegitables, fruits and such that get put on our tables? Who does the dirty hard jobs that a lot of our own people think they are too good to work? These guys are not afraid to work. It wouldn't hurt for some of you that think you are better then anyone else to get to know some of these people. I know a guy that has been here for almost 10 years and within 6 months of his being here, he learned english very well. He doesn't go out drinking, drugging and getting into trouble. And by the way, they don't all come across the border with drugs and other such things. They are not coming here with intentions of blowing up buildings and such. Your all running scared. Gosh people, get to know some of these people. And for you all that say they are coming here and taking your jobs, Wrong! If some of you lazy complainers out there would go get those jobs no one wants, these jobs wouldn't be available fot them to have. I know you all will be angry at me for this, but it does make me very angry to know that people put people down without understanding how they feel. It is hard for some of them to get to come across leagally, and they need money for paper work and other such stuff to get leagle, and in Mexico, they donw' have money for all that. Familys are hungry and some of these guys feel no other recorse. I am not a Mexican, but I have a lot of them as my friends and I Love them all. They would do anything for someone if it was needed. Don't be so hard on them. They are not using the system like so many of you think.

To trucks_boats, don't you dare take off and leave where you are living for so long. You have the right to live here too. My daughter is a Korean and she is worried that her child will get flack too as she gets older. Some people ore not too nice and we all must stay strong. Picking up and leaving only hurts the family and makes everyone else feel like they got one out and we will work on another one. Really, these people that are posting on here are not as bad as they sound. Sorry your feelings are hurt. That is very much not something that should happen to anyone. alfalfa, we do get to vote, but how much does the government really listen. I don't speak spanish, but I really like hearing the spanish talk, and we can still keep our culture and they can still keep their culture. No one is really pushing anyone elses culture down out throats. Well, there goes my spelling again. We are all making our little comments, and people, if we take everything to heart and let it hurt out feelings, we would all be in some deep trouble. open_eyes and eattheapple25 are pretty cool, so even if they say things, it is not meant to hurt people. That is my opinnion of them. I like them, though I am sure they don't agree with my views on things. But really, we all mean well.
