We appreciate your opinion as we all have one! But please don't mistake us for idiots..... if kbi has spent almost 6mths investigating someone, anyone with a friend in biz so to speak will tell you that is serious stuff... so make no mistake that this is big time and kbi nor the kansas att. general waste their time unless they have a case... might be why it has taken almost 6mths to press charges........ just something for you to chew on methusla

MrC don't worry they are unaware of real issues... and hawks422 you have made great point... why doesn't everyone think about what hawks422 has to say.... our tax dollars could be spent big time retrying cases due to Epperly's mess up... he is going to cost us all big time and as we have said time will tell.... justice will be served...!... But like hawks422 said, if KBI is involved they don't point the finger unless they have something and one my ponder why it has taken almost 6mths to press charges but here they are... so KBI don't mess around and I think we all have a reall issue on our hands....... think about it..... Epperly did us all a true unjustice! thanks

Some of us may be speaking with more knowledge than others and if you have ever had contact with Epperly or know anything about him like some of us do, then I doubt you would be saying what you said nascar! Justice will come out in the end, is what all of us are saying.......... Two sides to everything yes, and some know both sides.... and like I said justice will be served!

I think MrC and I have a lot in common! Sometimes you have to think outside of the box madpoet... just because they have a badge doesn't make them correct or perfect or above the law! Sometimes the worst are the ones with the badge who think they are above the law!

If everyone recalls there has been a long going investigation with Mr. Epperly... he has not worked for the last almost 6mths! With charges being filed and such, then I would have to say they have a heck of a case against Mr. Epperly and that we can all count of justice being served... No one wants a dirty cop on the streets we all lose! But yes the trial will be interesting and the outcome just!
