It's a great idea to shop Emporia first. I agree with it but it's very difficult to to do it at WalMart. There is not much at the mall, there's no toy stores and let's face it things are cheaper out of town. Even with gas if you go to Topeka you can save money. Maybe if Emporia had some more shops it would be easier.......the ones we have are nice though.
I wish Graves took debit cards too.

I hope the family can finally try to move on. God Bless all of you and please know Matt Samuels will never be forgotten. I hope Scott Cheever knows the impact he has had on their lives. He took the life of a good man.

I don't think he understands how much pain and suffering those girls went through and will go through for the rest of their lives.

I think that community service would be the best punishment for this crime. They need to know that what they did very easily could have killed someone and fortunately for them, that did not happen. God forbid a 15 year old out doing that--Where were his parents????????????????

THis article was very informative and I too, think that suicide is a hard thing to understand and accept. I have never had anyone close to me go through this......but I can only imagine how hard it must be.

Snake it's very clear you are think you are a lot better than you are, and you don't know as much as you think you do. Don't degrade others by your stereotypes. It is the year 2007 and if you think that being prejudice and judgementmental is any way to live, then it must be sad to be you.
This man is trying his best to make a living in this town. He goes to work everyday and brings home a honest living just like you do, support him a little.

tosie--I'm with you on Madelynns, I WILL NOT shop there. The only time I was in there I felt like they treated me like I didn't have enough $$ to shop there. My money spends the same no matter where I go. It's really scary to see what this town is turing into if we keep catering to all the "new additions" I do not speak spanish but I have noticed that Wal-Mart is getting bad. We would much rather shop Aldi's or Dillions to get groceries than go there. And I guess we'll go out of Town to get our Christmas shopping done. It will be much easier without running into children being able to run free without their parents and worried I will catch a horrible disease from a Somilian who can't cover their mouths when they cough or sneeze.
