Although I agree with everything said, so far, the real culprits are in Topeka and Washington, D.C. It would be good to remember this come election time. We have seen the recent problems affecting USD #251 and #252. Nothing new that it shoud affect #253. There may be "non-important" activities at ALL schools that could/should be eliminated. Also, salary caps, reductions in staff, etc. would help. But we really need to look at our local and national "policy makers". I am not happy with a lot of decisions made by our "political brothers and sisters". Send them a message when they come asking for your vote..........
