Ricky was the second person i met in Emporia after moving here from colorado. I wish i had known him longer, for what i know of him, he was a very honorable man. Me and my cuz will miss you dearly, remember grape is the only way to go.

As soon as someone can start a cable company, in which you only pay for the channels you want, thats when ill go back to cable, till then we are perfectly happy with no cable at all. When the ONE and only cable company in town does this, isn't that a monopoly...?

Yes this does seem absurd that he can be released in such a way. But remember, for now we still are a country where you are innocent until proven guilty. At the same time, if he had got caught with a little bit of weed, he would not have gotten out, our fine justice system at work.

You go to jail longer if you have a bunch of Marijuana then you do if you murder someone...? Is this how our justice system really works ?

What a bunch of crap...They want to hold state refunds from people who deserve them, but these same people are suppose to PAY their taxes. How about we all just stop paying taxes all together. Thank you GOP for failing us again. You think we would be use to this by now.

Over the holidays, a man in Aspen had threatened banks with explosives, disguised as Christmas gifts. Most of the time when something as terrible as an explosion happens, it is disguised as something ordinary. My hats off to the Emporia PD for taking the matter seriously. But when they realized it was a relic souvenir, it seems they should have given it back, with a very stern warning of course. Maybe they should be called out when you see someone carrying a box down the street, but that is ordinary, isn't it...?

Thank You.....
So if the option was here to save Tyson when they shut slaughter side down, would you have supported a bailout to save Emporians their job??? 2.6 million jobs were lost under the Bush Administration, way to go Bush...Spend some money and create the jobs Americans so desperately need, seems like a pretty good trade of to me.
