It's not too late! These boys are at the age where they can be changed with the right help. And as far as taking him behind the woodshed, well if that would happen to any child today, he still may be in the situation he is in. What I mean is, if you spank a kid today, you are a bad parent and can be turned in and the child taken away; If you don't spank a child, then people like you say that that is what he needs to solve his/her problem. So what, or whom, is really to blame here? Think about that one for awhile before you respond.

The trucks being rerouted through town does add wear and tear on our roads, but they have no choice right now. They are not coming through our town to sight see, that is for sure! The situation here was caused by poor planning! As someone mentioned above, why not wait until one project is done before starting another?

Is Jessica Decker starting? If so, we could win some games. I saw her play in high school, she is awesome. A note for the recruits: Find Brittany Meza and get her here to ESU, her and Decker play awesome together. They play with four legs and one mind!

Thanks to all who participated in the talent show. I wish the crowd would have been a little bigger, but it was fun. A local band from Emporia, 3.9 Seconds, started us out and finished with several songs. I was told they are a "young" band, but it sounded like they have been at it for awhile. Thanks guys/gal! You played excellent! Come back anytime!

You must know these people since you said things that were not released as far as I know. If this goes to trial, I am sure this evidence, or lack there of, could be used in Mr. Wings defense. It could lead to a possible mistrial if word gets out that jurors may have had prior knowlege about this case. In other words, all will come out that needs to come out sooner or later. It does however, need to come out in an appropiate place and time, not here.

I live on Whittier Street. I was outside BBQing and I could barely hear them. I When we had the tornado warning a while back I could hear them in my living room with the tv on. It's a good thing nothing touched down. The sirens definitely failed yesterday!!

I agree! She should have never been at a party!
I feel bad for what happened to her but I hope she learns a life lesson.
