What happened to Obama discussion?

The Nobel Peace Prize was given to President Carter, and Al Gore, and, anyone BUT President George W. Bush. So, the Norwegians decided to put an exclamation point on their message to the U.S. as to how much they disliked President Bush, by giving President Obama the Prize before he has done anything, but skillfully read a teleprompter.
I'm a full blooded Norwegian, and other than lutefisk, I couldn't think of a reason I wasn't proud of my heritage. Now, I have another.
It was totally political. Very sad, that such an esteemed award is now just an embarrasment. UFF DA!

Let students listen

I don't trust President Obama, and, especially when there is a lesson plan for the teachers, after he speaks. Most of the educators don't need any encouragement from the President, or anyone else in the government, to take an opportunity to teach their own personal liberal beliefs.
I would be happier if President Obama addressed the students in a Public Service announcement on t.v.....Where parents and students could watch it together.

Crack. You actually made me laugh...You can turn ANY subject into a smoking ban issue....I don't care whether a person is for, or against the ban...your obsession with it is becoming funny to me....I wonder if you think of anything else!!
You're like a dog with a bone, when it comes to the smoking ban....The sad part is Crack. it's over...the ban is in effect...it's never going to change...In fact, I have said it before, and I'll say it again....get used to it, because it won't be long before it's illegal to smoke anywhere in the State!

Undemocratic tactics

I read an article this morning..that Obama and his cronies are going "all out" on advertising, to support his Health Care plan...Obama wants single pay...but, our former Governor, says that the public option, isn't off the table....Downplaying it, as a backpeddle for the President...
But, Obama may look at it as a "beginning" to government controlled health plan...It will just take a little longer. Either way..the public option will eventually be single pay...aka..government controlled health insurance.
