Over the past couple of years I have been researching the Civil War veterans buried in Butler County, KS. I was doing this for the "Last Soldier Project" for the Kansas State Historical Society's effort to identify the last Civil War soldier buried in each county in the U.S. I would be more than happy to share any and all information I have been able to gather on this project with you.
