I hope Kent Weiser is putting the final touches on Coach Higgins's pink slip. I wouldn't mind it if Michael Lane was preparing one for Weiser, too.

This "season" is nothing less than a debacle for ESU.

I hope it's a ghost town at this sale. Don't bail out this crook; don't go to the auction!

How much longer do we have to put up with this crap? I agree with "footballeyes"--Higgins needs to go. This football program is a laughingstock. And if Weiser can't get and keep a good football coach, I say get rid of him, too.

And somebody, anybody--teach Sloan El to throw at the guys in black and gold!

Way to go, Emporia! This town has the greatest civic spirit--people who want make it a better place to live. Congratulations on another victory for the community.

On You Did It

Like perhaps no other project in recent years, the Granada restoration really captures the Emporia spirit--citizens of this community giving of their time, effort, work, money, and a host of other resources to make this a better place to live. We cannot ever forget the special spirit our little town has, because it's one of our most precious commodities.

I love this town.

Lane is a buffoon...more of these problems will creep up. Especially with his new plans to market ESU degrees in China.
