With gas at $3.50 a gallon you actually would drive to Topeka to avoid paying an additional 1% in sales tax increase? Right On. So you'll call the Topeka Fire Department when you need them. Make sure you tell them you spent your tax money there. I'll be spending my tax dollars in Emporia. So hopefully if need city services of any kind, they will still have someone to send.

I've been around this breed for a few years. Some I don't trust and some I do. I firmly believe is all about RESPONSIBLE OWNERSHIP and PROPERLY RAISING a of a dog REGARDLESS of BREED that makes the difference. People and pets alike are put at risk when pets have freedom to roam.

I honked they drank and had some fun. I got a laugh. Have we come to the point in Emporia where there are to many stuffed shirts to allow people to have a little fun? Some people in this town have torqued their springs way to tight.
