I agree with methusla!
It's no secret that immigrants are brought to Emporia with the sole intention of employment with Tyson. Half of them can't even speak a lick of English...let alone read it. They shouldn't be allowed to take someone's word on whether or not they're infected....JUST BECAUSE ON THEIR EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION THEY SAY they've been tested. IT SHOULD BE MANDATORY...PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MANDATORY testing should be taking place for each and every employee upon being hired. THEY SHOULD BE TESTED AND HAVE IT DOCUMENTED AND UPDATED ANNUALLY JUST LIKE ANY OTHER EMPLOYER THAT HAS COMMON SENSE ENOUGH TO MAKE THIS A MANDATORY AND STRICTLY ADHERED TO POLICY IN ORDER TO BE EMPLOYED WITH THEIR COMPANY. Is the tax break Tyson receives as a result of hiring these immigrants REALLY worth risking the lives of so many Emporia natives? How many people have already been exposed and don't even realize it? Who have THOSE people already infected? How many are out there walking around Emporia right this VERY moment infecting OTHERS..and how many will die as a result of Tyson's negligence?
On Tyson worker had TB
