I am glad they don't allow it. I have been to parades where they allow it and I see the kids darting towards the floats and it makes me very nervous. It is not necessary and safer for our community's kids.
If people really feel the need to pass out candy, they can walk along the side and hand it out.

I agree Tracey! All of those involved in the Reading program for new parents involve a huge pat on the back! What an asset they are to our community!

I am sure there are specific criteria that fall under "vehicular homicide" that have to be met for the jury to find him guilty of that.

I have wondered about those painted arrows too Observation. I think they are very confusing. I understand what they are trying to demonstrate, but I think thye confuse people.
