A rumor that Montana Mike’s restaurant will close is just that: a rumor, according to an official of the company.
“I can tell you that that rumor is untrue,” said John Henricks, controller for LL&G Inc. of Hutchinson, which owns the restaurant.
He said that a salesperson had visited him recently and also had inquired about the alleged closing.
Henricks wants to quell the rumors.
“There is nothing to that. We do not intend to close the restaurant,” Henricks said.

Wouldn't be the first time a company denied it right before doing it.
Remember how much notice the Cracker Barrel employees had?

Right on, sciguy. Remember the 200 jobs offered at Tyson last November?

Just remember that BIG companies now a days seem to say one thing, and turned right around and make the rumor the truth the next day.

Well if they plan to stay in business I hope that they will focus on better service.

Service and just plain old politeness would really help.
