Q Are charges going to be filed in the traffic death of Rachel Hall, who died July 9, 2007, when the driver of a cement truck ran a stop sign and hit her vehicle? Has the accident report been given to the Lyon County Attorney to see if charges are warranted?
A “The trooper that worked the accident has been in contact with the county attorney’s office,” said Technical Trooper Tod Hileman of Troop H in Chanute. Lyon County falls within Troop H’s boundaries.
“I do know that they have the report. That’s basically all I can tell you about it,” Hileman said.
Lyon County Attorney Marc Goodman could not talk about specifics of the report.
“It’s under review,” Goodman said.
