A crowd began to form outside of Madelynn's Bridal Shop on Commercial early Wednesday morning. The Kansas Department of Revenue seized the store due to back taxes due. Customers lined up to retrieve wedding dresses that had been paid in part and in full. Jessie Douglas kept in touch while waiting in line with dozens of other brides, mothers and grooms. View photo
