Emporia High wrestlers Justin Rose, Sal Tovar, Jared Dakin and Tavo Dikin are four of nine State qualifiers back for the Spartans this season. Emporia High, which begins its season Saturday at the Arkansas City tournament, is ranked fourth in Class 5A to begin the year.
