Bill Rust, Manhattan, helps Elena Flott, 11, left, and Isaac Hall, 11, both from Olpe Elementary School, with a programming problem. Rust started the Kansas Robot League and is hosting the 7th Annual Camp on April 14 at the Kansas State University. Last years camp brought 250 competitors from across the state and Rust said he hopes to see that many this year.
