Cosmetologist Lindsay Kehres holds up a 12-inch pony tail she cut from the hair of Kenlie Parks-Walburn, who watches in the mirror in front of her. The 4-year-old donated her hair Thursday morning to Locks of Love, a non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to children under 18 who have suffered loss of hair from medical conditions.
