Emporia High freshman Chase Sanchez wrestles Lawrence Free State's Koty Russell in the championship round of the 130-pound weight class Saturday afternoon at Emporia High School. Sanchez beat Russell — the defending Class 6A State champion — to take first place in the Emporia Winter Wrestling Classic.
