Emporia School District Superintendant John Heim, left, laughs as his is delivered 12 pizzas by Dana Witten and her son, Blaze, 14 Wednesday afternoon. The pizzas were from Joe Witten who was playing a joke in reference to Heims two year old comment that property tax would only go up by the cost of a medium pizza a month for an average house. Dana stated to Heim that she will send him the bill for the remainder.
