Kari Wallace, left, helps Richard Campoverde, 16, make a relish tray Tuesday morning in Wallace’s life skills class. The students worked more than three weeks to prepare the meals. They prepared 110 pounds of turkey, more than 40 pounds of stuffing, 100 pounds of mashed potatoes, 30 pumpkin pies, 200 rolls, 114 loaves of bread, 20 pounds of corn and 20 pounds of sweet potatoes.
