James ‘Jim’ Clemmer, Tampa, Kan.

James “Jim” E. Clemmer died Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. Mr. Clemmer was the mayor of Tampa, Kan. He was 81.
Services for Mr. Clemmer will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lincolnville. The Rev. Alan Stahlecker will be the minister. Burial will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Mount Hope Cemetery in rural Neosho Rapids. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at Jost Funeral Home in Burlington.
