Emporia native Charles A. Clark of Wichita died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007, at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice in Wichita. He was 74.
Mr. Clark worked at Didde Graphics. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
The son of Porter and Lois Sonnedecker Clark , he was born March 14, 1933, at Emporia. He married Dionitia Robinson on July 19, 1959, at Independence, Mo. She survives.
Mr. Clark is also survived by one son, James Clark of Wichita; one daughter, Terri Grant of Tennessee; two sisters, Laura Rongish and Patricia Lyon; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A sister, Doris Clark; and a grandson, Tony Schmitt, died earlier.
The graveside memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Kansas Veterans Cemetery at Winfield. Mr. Clark was cremated.
The family suggests that, instead of flowers, memorial contributions be sent to the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market St., Wichita, KS 67202.
