Former Burlington resident Nelda M. Warne of Owasso, Okla., died Tuesday, April 15, 2008, at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Okla. She was 81.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Mowery Funeral Home in Owasso, Okla.
