David L. Bryan
David L. Bryan, formerly of 10 S. Neosho St., died Saturday, March 10, 2007, at the Flint Hills Care Center.
Mr. Bryan worked for the City of Emporia Transfer Department from April 1981 to April 2001.
The son of Vera Robinson, he was born Oct. 10, 1938. He married Florence Smith on Nov. 9, 2000. She died Jan. 1, 2001, at Emporia.
Mr. Bryan was a member of the West Side Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sisters, names and addresses unavailable. A stepson, Richard W. “Ricky” Smith died Nov. 6, 2001.
The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the West Side Baptist Church. Ken Armstrong will conduct the service. Mr. Bryan was cremated. Burial will be at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery.
