Lila V. Tompkins, Cottonwood Falls
The graveside service for Lila V. Tompkins, formerly of Cottonwood Falls and Wichita, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Prairie Grove Cemetery in rural Cottonwood Falls. The Rev. Pat Ireland of the First Presbyterian Church in Cottonwood Falls will conduct the service.
Memorial contributions to the Chase County Senior Center may be sent in care of the Brown-Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home, 201 Cherry St., Cottonwood Falls, KS 66845.
Mrs. Tompkins died Friday, April 27, 2007, at the home of her nephew, Brad Martin, in Dodge City, where she had been living. Her obituary was published April 30, 2007.
