Andree Nicole “Nici” Taylor, 1332 Prairie Park Lane, died Sunday, July 22, 2007, at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Services will be announced later.

Andree Nicole “Nici” Taylor, 1332 Prairie Park Lane, died Sunday, July 22, 2007, at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She was 33.
Ms. Taylor worked for Lyon County and the City of Emporia as an emergency services dispatcher for the last 12 years. She previously was a paramedic and earlier lived in Australia where she worked as a nanny.
The daughter of George and Marcia Taylor, she was born Feb. 2, 1974 at Emporia. She attended Emporia schools and graduated from Emporia High School in 1992. She received paramedic training from Coffey County Community College.
She married Eron J. Steinlage and they were divorced later.
Ms. Taylor attended the Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by one son, Austyn Lee Steinlage, 12, and a daughter, Sydney Ellen Steinlage, 8, both of the home; her parents of Emporia; a brother, Thomas Taylor of St. Joseph, Mo.; and her grandparents, Robert and Georgia Taylor of Emporia and Bernie and Margaret Ruckh of Overland Park.
The service to celebrate her life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Church of the Nazarene. The family will meet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church.
