Helen T. Hagan

The funeral for Helen T. Hagan will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Burial will be at Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations are suggested to the church or the American Red Cross and may be sent in care of Charter Funerals-Emporia Chapel, 501 W. Sixth Ave., Emporia, KS 66801.
Friends may meet with family from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hagan died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2007, at Holiday resort, where she was a resident. She was 103.
The daughter of Joseph and Sally Thompson Clark, she was born May 23, 1903, in Macksville. She married J. Stanley Hagan in 1963 in Wichita. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. Hagan was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church and was active in the United Way and American Red Cross. She was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority and the Emporia Country Club. Her avocations included gardening, sewing and cooking.
Survivors include four nieces and three nephews.
Three brothers and one sister died earlier.
