Patricia A. Watts, Madison

The memorial service for Patricia A. Watts will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the First Christian Church at Madison. The Rev. Bob Robison will conduct the service.
The family suggests that, instead of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Hand in Hand Hospice and sent in care of the Wilson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 488, Madison, KS 66860.
Mrs. Watts died Sunday, Jan. 7, 2007, at her home in Madison. She was 66.
She was a custodian for Didde Corporation. She and her husband, Tony, owned and operated the Watts Cab line in Emporia for 10 years until they sold it in 2001.
The daughter of Clifford and Edna Traw Judd, she was born April 27, 1940, at Emporia. She grew up around the Emporia area and also lived in several states. She moved from Emporia to Madison in 1981.
She married Louis Barb and they were divorced. She married Tony Watts on Jan. 9, 1981, at Emporia. He survives.
Mrs. Watts is also survived by two daughters, Theresa Barb of Emporia and Linda Poole of Mobile, Ala.; one son, David Barb of Independence, Mo.; two stepsons, Matthew Watts of Hartford and Mark Watts of Madison; one brother, William Judd of Emporia; one sister, Barbara Knuth of Emporia; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Her parents; one brother, Robert Judd; one sister, Mary Ann Judd; and one great-granddaughter, died earlier.
