Douglas C. Allan
The memorial service for Douglas C. Allan, 1005 Merchant St., will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Mr. Allan was cremated. The inurnment will be Sunday in Waterloo Cemetery near Kingman.
Memorial contributions to St. Andrew’s Church Memorial Fund or the Humane Society of the Flint Hills may be sent in care of Charter Funerals-Emporia Chapel, 501 W. Sixth Ave., Emporia, KS 66801.
Mr. Allan died Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007, at the Flint Hills Care Center. He was 64.
He had been a desk supervisor in the hotel and casino industry.
The son of Chester and Marie Robertson Allan, he was born Aug. 29, 1942, at Dayton, Ohio. He was married and divorced.
His parents died earlier and he has no surviving family.
