Harold LeRoy Jenkins

The funeral for Harold LeRoy Jenkins, 807 Mechanic St., will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home chapel. The Rev. Charles Scott of the Zion Lutheran Church in Latimer will conduct the service. Burial will be in Americus Cemetery at Americus. The family will meet friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions, to a fund to be designated later, may be sent in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 175, Emporia, KS 66801.
Mr. Jenkins was found dead Feb. 5, 2007, at his home. He was 49.
The son of Max Allen and Ruth Manell Jones Jenkins, he was born April 10, 1957, at Emporia.
Mr. Jenkins is survived by three sisters, Kathleen Lutt of David City, Neb., Candee Marshall of Octavia, Neb., and Sandra Jenkins of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and two brothers, Arnold Jenkins of Maxbass, N.D., and Donald Jenkins of Kokomo, Ind. His parents and a brother, Ronald Jenkins, died earlier.
