Dee Ann Hogan-Sweet
Dee Ann Hogan-Sweet, 2910 Sutton Place, died Saturday, April 7, 2007, at Newman Regional Health. She was 64.
Mrs. Sweet was an accounts receivable manager at Fanestil Meats for five years before she retired in 2006. Previously, she worked at Emporia State Federal Credit Union for 19 years.
The daughter of Clifford “Tex” and Minnie Crayk Lee, she was born Sept. 1, 1942, in Emporia. She married Kevin Hogan on Sept. 3, 1960. They were divorced. He survives. She married Gerald R. Sweet on Nov. 20, 1981, at Wichita. He survives of the home.
Mrs. Sweet was a member of the Emporia Presbyterian Church.
She is also survived by one son, David Hogan of Olathe; one daughter, Heather Hogan Townsend of Olathe; two stepsons, David Sweet of Olathe and Donald Sweet of Wichita; one sister, Cathy Cerretti of Ridgedale, Mo.; and 11 grandchildren.
A daughter, Candace Hogan Moore, died earlier, as did her parents and a brother, Billy Lee.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. The family will meet friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
