Arrest made after Hartford State Bank hit by car

A 30-year-old man was arrested early Saturday morning after apparently driving his a pickup into the back of the Hartford State Bank.
According to a press release from the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Jeremy Williams was taken into custody for driving under the influence of an intoxicant, obstruction of legal process, leaving the scene of an accident and two counts of failure to report an accident.
Lyon County deputy sheriffs found Williams and two passengers, 28-year olds James Wallace and Lennie Blevins, parked in the roadway in the 1200 block of Road W outside Hartford. Williams reported to the deputy sheriffs that he was driving down Road W and lost control of his Ford F-150 pickup when he swerved to miss a deer and struck some trees.
Wallace was taken by ambulance to Newman Regional Health where he was treated and released. Williams and Blevins refused medical treatment. All men were wearing seatbelts
