Bud Parks and Shelly Watts, who will open the new resturant, the Home Cafe, in the former restuarant of S & S Cafe. They are planning to open Oct. 11 and will serve breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Sunday. Parks and Watts previously operated the Flying J restaurant for 10 years.
