Owner Amy Miller, who is a Redken certified haircolorist with seven years of experience, will open The Beauty Bar on Nov. 25 at 1406 Industrial Road in the Emporia West Plaza. The grand opening will be Nov. 28.
The Beauty Bar is a hair color salon, said Dawn Sleezer, Miller’s assistant. The salon also offers color correction. Deep conditioning treatments start at $20 and hair cuts start at $25. Manicures and pedicures are $15 for children and $25 for adults. The products are Pravana, Bed Head, Redken, Mirabella, Bioelements facial products, OPI, and ME! Bath.
Miller said the Beauty Bar provides hair and eyelash extensions as a service. Miller leases the 2,108 square-foot space from Phillips Edison & Company. Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday t hrough Saturday. Phone: 620-341-9390.

i love how the gazette changes the content of the story without posting why they made changes to the story. it earlier said that they fix coloring when things go wrong and now that is deleted and they added the brand names of what they sell.
