Season ends with two-point loss
The Hartford girls basketball team ended its season with a 34-32 loss at Pleasanton Monday. The Jaguars held Pleasanton to just two points in the fourth quarter thanks to a revamped defense, but were unable to complete the comeback.
“The girls hustled, they had a hard time finishing on shots down below, but mainly it boiled down to free throws,” Hartford coach Yvonne Gardner said.
