Dominguez trial postponed

The trial for Jimmy Dominguez, who was bound over for trial on murder and other felony charges in June, has been postponed to sometime in late November. The trial was scheduled to take place this week.

Dominguez is one of two men accused in the Dec. 20, 2009, fatal shooting of Jose Leyva Arroya, 25, and the wounding of Juan Rosales, 28, at a garage behind Leyva’s home at 516 Union St. Dominguez is accused of felony murder based on discharging a firearm into an occupied building and aggravated battery. He also is accused of first-degree murder in the original complaint, as well as attempted murder.

What is going on with this trial? Seems like someone is "playing" with the court system in hopes of this case being forgotten or dismissed. Come on. Let's get it over with.........

How long before someone gets on here that knows this person and believes them to be innocent based solely on the fact that they know them? It happens every time and I find it very entertaining. I'm going to go pop some popcorn now so I don't miss it. I suggest you do the same.
