Trevor White watched from the sideline with a shoulder injury as his Lebo team lost 46-0 against Madison on Oct. 15. It was the only loss of the season for the Wolves, who are now 10-1. As the season progressed after the Madison loss, White recovered from his injury. And, the pieces began to fall into place for a rematch with the Lyon County League rival. The two teams will face off in a state semifinal matchup at 7 p.m. Friday at Lebo.

This is the wrong small class game to feature on the front page of the sports section. It should feature the Olpe vs. Centralia contest, two teams that still play the 11 man game, not some watered-down version.

And I know what you are thinking.....my kids graduated at Olpe so I have nothing against Olpe.....but don't try and steal the lime light from Madison or Lebo.
