Emporia police said late this morning that Tony Belt, 46, was the man found dead Monday morning at 616 Commercial St.
Belt owned Nikki B's, which was operated out of the building. His body was discovered Monday morning by an employee who came to open the business.
Foul play is not suspected, said Lt. Ed Owens in a news release. An official cause of death is waiting on findings from the medical examiner after an autopsy.
