Local law enforcement is seeking information regarding several cases of vandalism in which businesses and property were painted with graffiti. Many locations were painted in the south and southwest area of Emporia beginning around March 12 to March 17.
If you have any information about these graffiti cases or any other crime, please call Lyon County Crime Stoppers at 342-2273 or Emporia Police Department at 343-4200.

Went to Peter Pan Park this week. Some little sh&ts painted all over the shelter houses by the tennis courts and even a garage across the street. I wonder if this is some of the damage they are talking about?
Thank goodness they havent touched the new playground yet, but the day will come.
