Vote for Hill
Bill D. Persinger Jr. - Emporia
Saturday, July 31, 2010
State Representative Don Hill has a long and successful history of serving Emporians in the Kansas Legislature.
Time and time again this hard-working small businessman, healthcare professional and community leader has demonstrated his commitment to his constituents by supporting essential safety-net, educational and health services; services that we all use and depend on everyday.
Don’s thoughtfulness, his compassion for people, as well as his common sense and balanced approach to public service, make him uniquely qualified for many terms to come.
Thank you, Don!
Bill D. Persinger Jr.

Yes, Don Hill appears to be a special interest kind of politician. He certainly special interested when he voted multiple times to give and keep taxpayers money going to the college for illegal immigrants.

I found this last night. You'd think I'd have put this together, but I didn't know who his parents were when I met him a couple of times in high school. I'm probably the only Emporian who didn't know this, but just In case I'm not:

dalelinn,
Just what exactly are you smoking? You are correct that Hill has taken a stance to support higher education in Kansas, but how do you figure the money is meant for illegal immigrants? That money goes to bona fide citizens too, you know. How is it Hill's fault if a few illegals slip through the cracks?

oh4, interesting find. Thanks. Good looking kid. I see his father's eyes.
Henry is right. Hill voted for all citizens of Kansas on that higher education bill.
