Those in the Emporia area should avoid the underpass on Mechanic Street due to a Budweiser truck that is stuck underneath it.
Dispatchers with the Emporia Police Department reported that the truck was stuck shortly before 9 a.m.

I don't think so. I can never remember seeing them change the sign after repaving. Always makes me cringe when I am driving a larger vehicle.
