Monday, April 19, 2010

One person was arrested in connection with an alleged attempted burglary Sunday at So Fresh and So Clean, 317 W. Sixth Ave.

Jose Casino was arrested for allegedly attempting to break into the business around 2:30 a.m. Sunday. Emporia Police officer Ed Serrano observed a suspicious person at the business and stopped him. Serrano then found that the building had been damaged. Casino will be charged for attempted burglary and criminal damage to property.

Looks like Casino took a gamble and lost.

Since this man may end up being "state owned" so to speak, I wonder if it is legal to smoke in him?

I wonder if this man knows there is a Robert DeNiro movie named after him?

Burglary is not good cuz that is not your stuff. If you had stuff you would not want somebody taking your stuff. Are you gettin' what I'm sayin'? I understand that you want the stuff that somebody else has but just taking it from them is wrong and against the law. That's like a double whammy right there. There are plenty of right ways to get your own stuff. You could ask the person with stuff if they would give you their stuff. This probably won't work but it doesn't hurt to ask. Right? A very popular way to get stuff is to trade your skills for currency. Then you can trade that currency for what ever stuff you want as long as you have enough currency and the stuff you want is legal. Another way to get stuff is if your folks have a lot of stuff and they "kick the bucket" or to put it in more sensitive terms "bought the farm" and they leave you their stuff. This is ok for now but in or current political climate this way to get stuff is frowned upon because certain individuals think it's wrong for people to leave their stuff to their kids. Why? I don't really know but that's the way some people think. That's about all I have to say about getting stuff the right way. Until next time, try to keep your hands in your own pockets you naughty burglars.

Good job, Ed! Not only did you get a criminal off the street, you provided us entertainment in the process. :)
