Community Connections is kicking off the fall term with a ton of classes. If you have a garden’s worth of veggies on your kitchen counter, then we have a solution. Preserved veggies aren’t the only thing that you could be savoring through the winter — check out the Homebrewing class for another great option. See this list of classes for many other interests you’d like to dabble in as the temperatures drop — photography, painting, nature — FHTC has it all.
Upcoming classes include:
• Introduction to Homebrewing with Charles Ferguson, 1 to 3 p.m. Sept. 26 and 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 3; third session to be announced.
• Microsoft Word 2007 Fundamentals with Kim Dhority, 6 to 9 p.m. Sept. 21 and 23
• Introduction to Digital Photography with Jennifer Speck, 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 22 through Oct. 27
• Functional Art with Kirk Chaussee, 7 to 9:30 p.m. Thursdays, Sept. 24 through Oct. 15
Don’t see the class you need? Just give us a call, and we’d be happy to design a course that will help you accomplish your goals. Call Rachael LeClear at 341-1372 to get started.
