New parking policy for Saturday's market

No parking is allowed on Commercial Street from the railroad tracks to 12th Avenue from 3 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday due to the Great American Market being held in downtown Emporia. Vehicles that are parked on the street during those hours will be towed and impounded. There will be a fee for vehicle owners to get their vehicle back.
