We are now a little over one month into the fall season.
This season typically offers a nice transition into the cold months of winter. Various sports and fall activities, along with Halloween, Thanksgiving and the holiday season can be a challenge to any fitness program.
Whether you already exercise regularly or are currently inactive, this season of fall offers both challenges and opportunities.
